Domestic Violence

My friends and I few days ago had a conversation over what a victim should do after the first time they have experienced domestic violence. Most people said that they should give another chance and the second time they should react. However, I personally believe that we need to react the first time itself or the person committing the crime would think that he has the power to do it again and the victim won't react. I believe that it is important to react the first time because a victim can save themselves the next time. In addition, the people who said that they should give another chance, also argued about how a female victim can't really do anything in the situation because she is physically weak. Yes I do agree that female are physically weak, but that doesn't mean they can't act against domestic violence. We can try escaping the situation by acting smartly or if they can't, it is important the victim to report this incident. The argument was never ending, but I would say that it is very easy to say things, but hard to act on it. At the same time, it is important to try or attempt to get the justice we want.
